Curio cares is a brand owned and operated by Intelleaf Enterprises (“we”, “us”, “our”).
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on Curio cares.

We currently ship across India.
International shipping may be introduced in the future and will be notified separately.
2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 8–14 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- In case of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing may be delayed. Customers will be notified via email or SMS.
3. Shipping Partners
We use trusted third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Courier partners are selected based on serviceability, delivery speed, and reliability for your location.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, package weight, and order value.

Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.
6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with a tracking link.

7. Delivery Address & Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
8. Failed Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)
If a shipment is returned to us due to:

incorrect address,

recipient unavailable,

refusal to accept delivery,
the order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
In such cases:

Re-shipping charges may be applicable, or

A refund (if approved) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling costs.
9. Damaged or Missing Packages
If you receive:

a package with missing items,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

clear photos/videos of the package and product
We will investigate and resolve the issue as per our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Delivery Confirmation
Once an order is marked as Delivered by the courier partner, it is considered successfully delivered.
Curio will not be liable for loss or theft after confirmed delivery.
